Farmhouse dog kennels are expensive and wire ones weren’t going to look right in the Living Room, so I purchased a used dresser and made my own for our Luna girl!
See how I took I cheap Marketplace find and fixed it up using pallet wood and a fresh coat of paint!
Check out how I took a $50 FB Marketplace find and refinished it to match our Dining Room table! This was a pretty simple project that only took a few days to complete!
Even with the current lumber prices, these shelves were pretty inexpensive to build & make a once empty space have a purpose and seem like it’s always been there! They were also really simple to build and install:)
What Lego loving kid doesn’t want their own Lego table?? And what parent doesn’t want storage to hide those pain inducing pieces of plastic that get left in the floor all over to be stepped on:). Check out how I built my son his own custom Lego table with storage using mostly scrap wood, and, spent less than $35 to do it (paint, Lego base plates included).
I made my own chalk paint to refinish this shelving unit to create functional storage in our upstairs bathroom! Using paint I already had, I only had to spend $10 on Plaster of Paris to make over this unit! Check out the details & for those with kids, an easy way to create hidden toy storage too!
See how we built a big kitchen island that has become a work space, a snack space, a gathering space and has a lot of useful storage as well! It’s my favorite thing we’ve added to the house so far!
Instead of spending upwards of $400 on a new dining room light, I decided to make one! And, I like this one better than the original one I looked at purchasing! You can do this, it only takes time and some out of the box thinking!
My first real attempt at the ‘Farmhouse’ look using chalk paint, stain & wax.
Check out my latest completed project to see how I refinished & recovered these chairs for under $50!
